After-Sales Policy
Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Before shipment, buyers must confirm product model, quantity, voltage, plug type, accessories, package, delivery address, freight cost, and lead time. Orders are shipped only after payment is cleared and all product details are confirmed by both buyer and seller.
Return and Refund Rule
After shipment, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, wrong product selection, address issues, customs refusal, or delivery delays outside seller control. If a return is approved, the buyer must prepay and bear round-trip freight, customs cost, tax, and handling cost unless the issue is caused by a seller-confirmed wrong shipment.
Warranty Support
Manufacturing defects are handled with photo or video evidence. Depending on the case, support may include replacement parts, repair guidance, partial refund, or replacement. Damage caused by misuse, modification, wrong charger, water damage, or abnormal operation is not covered.
Chargeback Handling
For malicious payment disputes or refusal after confirmed shipment, the seller will submit order confirmation, payment records, communication proof, tracking, and delivery evidence to the payment platform. High-risk accounts may be blocked from future orders.
